In the background, we see some towns, one of them being Rilly-la-Montagne Processing : cropping (heh) WB at 3050k altough it's too blueish (sodium urban lights are too yellow but I like the skyfield tone), NR, contrasts and shadows heavily enhanced whereas highlights and blacks are heavily lowered.
