Officials say after responding to an alarm at The Country Feed Store on 5040 State Highway 30, it was learned that the store had been burglarized. The window was smashed out by a yellow concrete brick, which was later found inside the store. The broken window contained traces of blood from the suspect being cut while climbing through. Police say a cash register was stolen, but did not contain any money. Several hours after the scene was processed and photographed, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the owner of The Country Feed Store stating that a male, fitting the description of the alleged suspect who was observed in the video surveillance was back at the Country Feed Store walking around the parking lot AMSTERDAM, N.Y. - A teen broke into a store and allegedly took a cash register that had no money inside.
