Re: Difficulty In Testing KINDLE and Samsung Tab Resulted In Opportunity Cost And Lowering Of Your Salary Increment
Dear Mr. O’Brien,
I hope this letter finds you well.
I am frustrated as I am unable to easily test the functionality of the display KINDLE and Samsung tablet (Photo enclosed) at (David Jones – Bourke Street – Melbourne city – Australia) and (BIG W – QV Mall – Melbourne city – Australia). I tapped on the KINDLE/Samsung Tablet and pressed buttons but the screen did not change/function at all. As I was unable to try the product, I left unhappily without making any purchase.
Imagine that you are a customer, would you purchase an item without trying out the item first? The ‘dummy’ KINDLE/Samsung Tablet product occupied shelf space which could be replaced by a popular selling product; creates customer dissatisfaction; reflects poorly on your management skills; tarnished reputation of your brand; most importantly, the lost sales per day, per year over the lifespan of David Jones / BIG W failed to translate into profits that means no money entering your pockets through salary increment and bonus.
I humbly implore you to use the powers vested in your position to spare 3 mins to send an email/sms (delegate) to your assistant who could recommend the management of Bourke Street store/QV Mall to take action on this feedback. retail melbourne australia |
