On September 20, 2016, The New York State Police arrested Richard A. Christiano, 45, of Glen, N.Y. for Grand Larceny 4th degree (two counts). An investigation commenced with New York State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms into gun transactions that took place at The Gun Store located in Perth, NY. Investigation revealed that Christiano took two handguns into his possession while working at The Gun Store for safekeeping, and sold the handguns without the owner’s permission in Fulton and Montgomery counties.
