Police say Biddle was first picked up by the taxi in Gloversville and initially requested to be driven to Johnstown. Once there, Biddle then requested that the cab driver to take him to Amsterdam, where he finally informed him that his bank card was not working and he did not have any cash to pay his fare. Biddle then asked to be driven to a series of places around town allegedly in an effort to gain access to his bank account. Included among those places were a Wal-Mart and a Citizen's Bank. However, all of his alleged attempts to access his bank account were unsuccessful.
