Above Video: Express Movie Ticket Machine unable to read my Loyalty Card at Hoyts Cinemas Chadstone Mall Melbourne Escalating this at the risk of losing my job, life, reputation for the good of improving HOYTS brand image through the rectification of this machine fault as to improve the profits, management bonus and shareholders dividend of HOYTS. This fault has been around since i watched a previous movie two weeks ago. 2 out of 3 the machines are faulty and could not read the loyalty card. There are no red lights of lines flashing to scan the barcode. Would this lead to customer dissatisfaction and customer inconvenience? I love HOYTS and would go to the cinemas several times in a month. I hope that management could inspect the machines and fix it. I would definitely visit and recommend HOYTS to all movie goers. This is also another example of me not minding my own business in engaging at activities with no direct monetary benefit to myself.
