E-7., Amsterdam, was arrested and charged with Robbery 3rd degree, a class D felony, for the home invasion that occurred in July of 2014; Burglary 2nd degree, a class C felony, for the burglary of the residence in October of 2014. Rivera entered the residence in July 2014 and forcibly stole money from the victim and then returned to the residence, in October 2014, and stole money while the owner was not home.
