She provided motivation and support to Resource Management Office personnel to learn and complete financial management system tasks normally performed by the absent Budget Officer. Her efforts were instrumental to the ability of the Garrison Resource Management Office to sustain itself during the projected long term absence of the Budget Officer. Ms. Sandoval’s contributions to the Fort A.P. Hill Resource Management Office were significant to Fort A.P. Hill, the Installation Management Command and the US Army and are deserving of the Army Achievement Medal.
