As far as I can tell (corrections and additions welcome) this reads: "This is road we live in. Officers quarters house on right with balcony - ours 4th down on left back of hospital the high point further on left. My wards are in separate buildings facing back of our house. 'Garibaldi Pavilion' it is called but is also part of schools & has sandy square playgrounds. Lovely evening yesterday. Sat on the Parade after tea. So warm and beautiful place & sea.
