Lo and behold, a single boot offered itself up. As it stands, it's maybe not such a good subject, but it reminded me that only yesterday, walking along Muirhead Avenue, I happened across another isolated shoe sitting in the gutter - quite an expensive looking one too, in it's day. Then when I was at the river side on Thursday there was another shoe sitting on its own in the car park. Why are the people of Merseyside giving their shoes the boot with such reckless abandon? Answers on a postcard please! :) So there I was, wandering on a very short walk tonight (I had a good step count already) and wondering if anything would present itself for me to use as my photo of the day.
