It's tough to know quite what to do, buy hey - this is North Liverpool - maybe if we leave it outside for long enough someone will steal it. And they did! Presented here on the CCTV you can see two scrap collectors making off with it! In fairness, it was clearly rubbish - sitting in a trailer with rainwater in the bottom. They also rang the doorbell, so they wanted to ask if they could take it. But in the face of no response they've just had it off.
