It showed all the symptoms of a dead battery, so I ordered a new one which arrived today. As I went to fit it, however, I noticed that my watch was running again. I think the original battery may have just become a little loose. I'll run it for a few days and see how it goes, and if it needs changing then I know I have a spare in stock. :) On Wednesday my watch inexplicably packed up.
