As always, I took the camera but it proved to be an absolutely horrible photography day. It was chucking it down the whole time we were walking round the zoo, so I'm dealing with lenses covered in drips, and because we're in and out of warm (sheltered) buildings, I'm plagued by misting problems as well! Things worked out better for Dave who got some beautiful shots, but this is one of about three that would make the cut in the keep/reject pile. Blessedly Oakfield Manor was warm and dry, and the food exceptionally good. By the time we finished the meal the rain had stopped, so at least we could stow the umbrellas for the walk back to the car!
