Once I got back of course, that meant my parking space was long gone, and I had to seek space in the overspill car park at the back of the site. This has many names, including 'The Shire', 'Middle Earth' and my own preferred 'Endor' after the forest moon in Empire Strikes Back. As an overspill car park, it's the last one to fill up with the people arriving the latest. Wouldn't it follow that it would also be the last to empty? Not the case at all! In this case however, nearly all the parking was pretty deserted. It seems that if there's one truly universal thing across schools it's the whole hearted embracement of the POETS principle!
