Keywords: So... it's been out awhile. I haven't bought it yet because I'm really not sure. I'm pondering greatly whether or not to. As you guys know, I've spent a LOT of time in Skyrim (almost 3000 hours), somewhere over 1000 screenshots on flickr alone. I loved Witcher 3, many other open world games... Wasn't a huge fan of FO3. Just couldn't get into. F:NV was a bit better but never got too far. I could like it though. I'm seeing two very different camps on FO4 and only person somewhere in between. If you look at enbdev.com the game sucks and needs help in every possible way. Here on flickr I get "It's pretty but the gameplay is crap." From most everywhere else "The game is great, you'll lose at least like 2 weeks of your life, it's so awesome OMFG more fallout 4!!!" Or perhaps a slightly more level critique. If you're familiar, Angry Joe's review found on YouTube seems to fit that. My brother got it, said he spent 55 hours on it without even touching the main storyline, got bored and probably won't touch it after that... but it was a fun 55 hours. Now I'm sitting here going "Do I want to bother?" Some insights from a gameplay "Is it fun?" standpoint would be appreciated - particularly regarding gameplay and story. I realize the issues with the graphic engine and I have enough savvy to deal with that. For reference, in case it matters at all, here are my system specs: Intel i5-4690K @ 4.2GHz on air 16GBs of DDR3 1600MHz (Crucial Ballistix Sport) Sapphire AMD R9 290 (Reference Edition I might liquid cool) OC to 1080MHz/5420MHz Random other things that make a computer. So thoughts? I probably trust you guys more than anyone else when it comes to whether a game is good or not, so I'd appreciate responses. And thanks for reading this! So... it's been out awhile.
