Please see photo attached. The bicycles locked at the HDB Flat void deck is causing clutter and some of the bicycle tyres are damaged thus rendering the bicycle not usable. Should people move out of their homes and leave their bicycles behind, these bicycles become cluttered rubbish. I hope that you could mark the bottom of the bicycle tyres touching the ground with chalk; take a photo and put up a sign at the bicycle area to advise that all bicycles not in use within 6 months - 1 year will be removed and scrapped. The chalk will determine if the bicycles are being in used. If the bicycle moved, the chalk mark will disappear.
