The Horned Lark (Eremophila alpestris) has one of the largest distributions of any bird, occupying most of the northern hemisphere.  There are 42 recognized subspecies. This bird is feeding chicks at its nest on the tundra near Cambridge Bay, Nunavut, Canada.
