It is a medieval bell tower that  formerly housed a treasury and the municipal archives, and served as an observation post for spotting fires and other danger. Palais de la Bourse or Palais du Commerce is a building located in the quarter Les Cordeliers, in 2nd arrondissement of Lyon, France.
Triumphal Arc or Triumph Forte in Innsbruck, Austria in the afternoon of Saturday, November 14th 2015. This monument, one of the most prominent in the city, was the south gate of the city. Built in 1765 by order of Maria Theresa in honor of the marriage of her son Leopold II. The husband of Maria Theresa and father of Leopold II, Franz Stephan died in the ceremony so the north side of te monument symbolizes the joy of wedding and the south sorrow for the deseased.
