superior view of heart showing opening of aorta, superior vena cava, pulmonary trunk with related valve
Algae under microscopic view, Diatoms, phytoplankton, fossils, silica, golden yellow
Besides the strictly-for-book clipping path, there is another to include the dark shadow strip just under page edges at bottom right as well. Larger, lighter shadow area not included.
Solar radiation analysis of a public building. Multipurpose common public space analysis with parametric louvers to control sun exposure and radiation.
Squash preparation of onion root tip cells stained to reveal chromosomes, Bright field illumination, light microscopy. This image was taken with the X40 objective lens. Depth of focus is extremely low at this magnification. Smaller apertures give greater depth of focus, but image quality deteriorates and resolution is greatly reduced. The aperture in this image was optimised for contrast and resolution. Chromatic abberation is inevitable in light microscopy, but has been kept to a minimum in this image.
In vitro bacterial culture
Transmission electron microscope micrographs showing the aspect of muscle fiber sarcomere components in longitudinal (below) and transverse (above) sections at the Z-line, I and A bands and H zone
Paps smear analysis: Superficial squamous cell, metaplastic squamous cell, koilocytes cell. HPV related change

Results from a lung/pulmonary function test (PFT). Shows spirometry graphs and measurements. Results are within normal limits. PFTs are used to diagnose respiratory problems.
Abstract Crystal background marble shot, nature pattern.

Intricate bubble texture macro in bright colors for abstract background. Liquid bubbles lit from below with colors injected into the liquid as a design or art abstract.
Diatoms, algae under microscopic view, phytoplankton, fossils, silica, golden yellow algae

Epithelial Cells in urine sediment.
Photomicrograph of Volvox globator, a green algae in various stages of development. Dark green spots are daughter colonies forming inside of parent colony. Live specimen. Wet mount, 10X objective, transmitted brightfield illumination.
Alternaria spore was zoom by transmission electron microscope. Alternaria is a genus of ascomycete fungi. Alternaria species are known as major plant pathogens.
Concentric patterns and textures of Natural Agate slice for background.
Notoedres cati under the microscope. Notoedric mange, also referred to as Feline scabies, is a highly contagious skin infestation caused by an ectoparasitic and skin burrowing mite Notoedres cati.
Squash preparation of stained onion root tip cells showing various stages of mitosis. Differential interference contrast optics on a Leica microscope, Image taken with the X40 objective lens. Depth of focus is extremely shallow (just a few microns). Differential interference contrast results in an optical slice horizontally through the specimen providing maximum possible resolution at this magnification and good contrast. Chromatic abberation is inevitable in light microscopy, but has been kept to a minimum in this image.
Striatella unipunctata algae under microscopic view, phytoplankton, fossils, silica, golden yellow algae

Photomicrograph of one celled amoeba. Live specimen. Wet mount, 40X objective, transmitted brightfield illumination.
Closed old hardcover book isolated on white background.
Aspergillus fumigatus is one of the most common Aspergillus species to cause disease in individuals with an immunodeficiency. This pathogen primarily causes invasive infection in the lung.
