Auvers-sur-Oise is a famous village were impressionist painters like Van Gogh used to live. In May 2020, right after the lockdown due to Covid-19 crisis, Auvers-sur-Oise is becoming a village that parisians are visiting more during the week-end as they were not allowed to go further than 100 km away from their home. People were visiting the Daubigny street, which is the most famous one with the lovely old houses, some of them were built in 1598.
