The Wilhelma is a zoological-botanical garden in the Stuttgart district of Bad Cannstatt. With over one million visitors annually, it is one of the most popular zoological gardens in Germany. This illustration comes from a beautiful book on the history of arts in Italy. It was published in 1884 in Germany by the famous art historian Carl von Lützow.
