De onderste bladscheden zijn strokleurig, lichtbeige of wit. \nHabitat: Dwergzegge komt voor op natte, zoete tot brakke, matig voedselrijke grond vooral in duinvalleien en op groene stranden. \nFlowering Season: De hoofdbloei van de dwergzegge valt in mei, juni en juli.
