Petroselinum crispum, commonly known as parsley or garden parsley, is a flowering plant in the family Apiaceae that is native to Greece, Morocco and the former Yugoslavia. It has been introduced and naturalized in Europe and elsewhere in the world with suitable climates, and is widely cultivated as a herb, and a vegetable.

Achillea filipendulina, commonly known as Yarrow or Common Yarrow, is a flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is a rhizomatous, spreading, upright to mat-forming. Cultivars extend the range of flower colors to include pink, red, cream, yellow and bicolor pastels. The genus name Achillea refers to Achilles, hero of the Trojan War in Greek mythology, who used the plant medicinally to stop bleeding and to heal the wounds of his soldiers.
The giant hogweed is in full bloom. Touching this weed can cause burns to humans and animals. Municipalities often quickly remove this invasive exotic species.

Euphorbia cyparissias, or Cypress Spurge, is a perennial herb with erect stems, narrow and needle-like leaves, and yellow, crescent-shaped glands on the rim of its cup-shaped flowers. The flowers appear in spring and early summer, consisting of lime-yellow bracts that slowly fade to red-orange as they mature. It spreads by rhizomes and can be quite invasive.
