No doubt, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden is one of the great botanic gardens of the world. Few gardens can match the setting of Kirstenbosch, against the slopes of Cape Town’s Table Mountain. There are always flowers and interesting plants to be seen at Kirstenbosch. To see the fynbos at its best and the maximum number of plants in flower, the best time to visit is between August and November.
The Southern Suburbs in Cape Town comprise of various neighbourhoods on the eastern side of Table Mountain. They are amongst the most desirable places to live in Cape Town.
