Freshwater Closterium algae (unicellular charophyte green algae) - optical microscope x200 magnification
Epidermis. Electron microscope micrograph showing a keratinocyte of spinous layer. The epithelial cell has a polygonal shape, central nucleus with nucleolus, cytoplasm full of keratin filament bundles, and numerous dark desmosomes crossing the intercellular spaces.
Photomicrograph of algae, Cosmarium turpinii, a desmid. Live specimen. Wet mount, 40X objective, transmitted brightfield illumination.

Hydra is a genus of small, fresh-water animals of the phylum Cnidaria and class Hydrozoa.
Pleasant Chelidonura Chelidonura amoena occurs in the tropical Indo-West Pacific from Japan down through the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, both east and west coasts of Australia to Hawaii ina depth range from 2-22m, max. length 5.5cm. The carnivore species is often found crawling on coral during daylight hours, feeding on small flatworms which are sometimes quite common in reef environments. This specimen was found on a Encrusting Sponge Clathria sp. on a ship wreck, a post WWII wreck, the Hafa Adai Ferry in Palau 7°19'12.4 N 134°26'39.78 E at 13m depth.
Photomicrograph of Euglena species. Fresh water, California. Live specimen. Wet mount, 40X objective, transmitted bright field illumination.

Photomicrograph of filamentous blue-green algae, Oscillatoria species. Each band along the stand is one cell. This filament is very short probably having recently parted from a longer one. Filaments are typically many times longer. This algae is mobile, it moves and twists through the water. San Francisco Bay, California, USA. Live specimen. Wet mount, 40X objective, transmitted brightfield illumination. Note - motion blur of live specimen, very shallow depth of field, chromatic aberration and uneven focus are inherent in light microscopy.
Euglena is a genus of single cell flagellate eukaryotes under microscopic view for study.

Adults, larvae and pupae of Glasshouse whitefly (Trialeurodes vaporariorum) on the underside of tomato leaves. It is a currently important agricultural pest.
This computer-generated image vividly illustrates the invasive Group A Streptococcal bacteria, as they would appear under a microscope. This visual representation helps to understand the microscopic world of Group A Streptococcus and its potential to cause serious diseases.
microscopic view of plant cells for botanic education and analysis
3D illustration of DNA molecule: the perfect image for scientific, medical and educational projects - this breathtaking image is a realistic 3D illustration of the DNA molecule, focusing on its double helical structure. Ideal for use in scientific articles, medical presentations, educational materials and other projects related to genetics, biology and medicine. The image is high resolution and detailed, allowing you to see every strand and base pair in the DNA structure. It is also suitable for use as an illustration in textbooks, popular science articles and other materials where a visual representation of genetic material is required.
