Libreville, Estuaire Province, Gabon: modern building hosting the headquarters of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS / CEEAC) - ECCAS is made of 11 Member States, namely Republic of Angola; Republic of Burundi; Republic of Cameroon; Centrafrican Republic; Republic of Congo; Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe; Democratic Republic of Congo; Gabonese Republic; Republic of Equatorial Guinea; Republic of Rwanda; and the Republic of Chad - The Community promotes and supports the Member States in economic matters and in the establishment of a customs union and the resulting creation of a common market - CEEAC is a largely heterogeneous community compared to other regional associations in Africa, with the former Belgian colonies of Burundi and DR Congo as well as the Spanish-speaking Equatorial Guinea and the Portuguese-speaking island state of São Tomé and Príncipe on one side and the Francophone states on the other - the building originally hosted the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) - boulevard Triomphal El Hadj Omar Bongo - Siège CEEAC-ECCAS.

They are believed to have left Borno sometime between 1100 and 1350 AD. The Ngas themselves had come originally from Kanem and so became part of the pre-kanuri inhabitants of the plains Bornu, owning sheep and perhaps cattle but not a camel. Linguistically Ngas belongs to the Afro asiantic class called the Chadic group of languages. The Ngas people are hardworkng, industrious, selfless, trusted, reliable, and dependable people, and have at one point or other made their mark in different fields of human endeavors.
