I took a photo of the current state (as of August 2023) of the Osaka Expo site from the summit of Mount Rokko in Kobe, Japan. The construction has been significantly delayed beyond the original schedule, which makes me worry if the Expo can be held as planned.

A crew member in high visibility workwear is preparing to guide vehicles aboard, having had the hydraulic level above raised with cars already securely loaded. The port is a busy ferry terminal that connects the Highlands and islands on the northwest coast of Scotland.
