A panoramic view of the interior of the Colosseum, showcasing its grandeur and architectural complexity. The arena floor is partially reconstructed, with a section exposing the hypogeum, revealing a complex of rooms and passageways that existed beneath the floor. Stone seating areas are visible; they are tiered and curve around the arena, though much of it is eroded or missing. The walls exhibit arches and windows; they are weathered but still stand as a testament to Roman engineering. Visitors can be seen exploring various parts of the structure, giving scale to its immense size. The sky above is partly cloudy but bright, casting natural light into the open top of the structure.
