Tasselled Wobbegong Eucrossorhinus dasypogon occurs in Eastern Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Northern Australia. This ovoviviparous species can reach more than 3.5m length, common length is less than 2m. The tough skin is used sometimes for leather. \nTasselled Wobbegong is threatened by extensive coral reef habitat destruction (pollution and dynamite fishing), as well as expanding fisheries. A considerable section of its habitat is protected in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.\nThis specimen lies in a little cave in an outer reef at 5m depth. This shark species is primarily nocturnal. Its morning, time to have a rest.\nTriton Bay, Kaimana Regency, Indonesia, \n3°54'59.838 S 134°6'10.02 E at 5m depth

Crocodile Fish Cymbacephalus beauforti occurs in the tropical West Pacific in shallow waters from 1-12 m. The species, an ambush predator, lives on sand or rubble substrates of sheltered or semi-exposed reefs and is also found in coral reefs and mangrove areas. \nThe cirri (= leafy appendages above the eyes) break up the outline of the eye, so its much harder for their prey to spot them. Somehow looking a bit like a crocodile, this species is much smaller, the maximum length is 50 cm, but the common length is 35 cm. This shark species is primarily nocturnal. Its morning, time to have a rest. \nA lot of Orangelined Cardinalfishes Taeniamia fucata are there. The species occurs in the tropical Indo-Pacific Ocean from the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea to the east coast of Africa, eastward to the Marshall Islands, Samoa and Tonga; north to Ryukyu Islands; south to northern Australia in adepth range from 2-66m, max. length 10cm, commonly 6cm. \nSome Twinspot Chromis Chromis elerae are there too, swimming upside down at the ceiling of the cave. \nBatu Dramai, Triton Bay, Indonesia, , 4°2'37.914 S 134°14'12.564 E at 14m depth

High-hat Triplefin Enneapterygius tutuilae occurs in the tropical Indo-West Pacific from East Africa to Micronesia, Line Islands, and Society Islands, and Taiwan to Australia, including Papua New Guinea, Line Islands and Society Islands, Taiwan to reefs of Coral Sea and New Caledonia in a depth range from 0-55m, max. length 4cm. Adults are found in various reef habitats, but often on sponges or reef outcrops and in intertidal pools and on corals and rocks. The species feeds on zooplankton. \nEven if it is the most common and most widely distributed among Enneapterygius species, this tiny and well camouflaged fish is rarely encountered. \nTriton Bay, Kaimana Regency, West Papua Province, Indonesia \n3°54'41.0503 S 134°7'18.2052 E at 4m depth
