I took a photo of the current state (as of August 2023) of the Osaka Expo site from the summit of Mount Rokko in Kobe, Japan. The construction has been significantly delayed beyond the original schedule, which makes me worry if the Expo can be held as planned.

Manitowoc, USA - Aug 13, 2017: USS Cobia moored along Manitowac River. USS Cobia is a GATO Class World War II submarine.
