Groesbeek, Netherlands – oktober 30, 2022\n\nCanadian War Cemetery Groesbeek is the cemetery where 2619 mainly Canadian soldiers are buried who fell in the Second World War. The soldiers buried here have not all died in fighting in the Netherlands, but also in Germany. The Allies did not want their soldiers buried in a hostile country.\n\nThe war cemetery is located north of Groesbeek in the Dutch municipality of Berg en Dal and is maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

A special tribunal (or pie powder court) meted out justice for serious crimes at this spot, the last hanging being on 3 February 1820 when busking bagpipe player Duncan Livingstone was convicted of killing his 10-year-old assistant. The justice tree was variously known as the grief tree, gallows tree or just 'the tree'. Livingstone's body was interred beneath Rochester Castle's walls.

Rare scenery of snowy Delphi, Greece – January 4, 2019:  Delphi is one of famous must-go places in Greece. If joining a group tour to visit Delphi, unfortunately you have to just follow your guide. Especially it was a snowing day and guide strongly suggested all tourists of the group to stay together all the time. Tourists just followed the guide to listen to her explanation, not so many opportunities to take pictures of Delphi on your own. It is very rare to see Delphi with snow. Winter wonderland of snow !

World Trade Centre memorial ground zero waterfall feature.\nThe National September 11 Memorial & Museum (also known as the 9/11 Memorial & Museum) is part of the World Trade Center complex, in New York City, created for remembering the September 11 attacks of 2001. The memorial is located at the World Trade Center site, the former location of the Twin Towers that were destroyed during the September 11 attacks. The designer of the Memorial is Israeli-American architect Michael Arad of Handel Architects. Arad worked with landscape-architecture firm Peter Walker and Partners on the design to create two square reflecting pools in the center marking where the Twin Towers stood. A dedication ceremony commemorating the tenth anniversary of the attacks was held at the memorial on September 11, 2011, and it opened to the public the following day. The museum was dedicated on May 15, 2014 Six days later, the museum opened to the public.
