The stonework is protected by bird-repelling spikes. Lloyds’ black horse logo dates back to 1677 while Lloyds Bank itself dates back to 1765 - Lloyds inherited the logo from its acquisition of Barnetts, Hoares & Co in 1884.

Ceramic plaque in the covered wash house in Cote D'Azur resort of Saint Tropez, known as Lavoir Vasserot - Laverot Wash House, after it's architect and creator and honorary citizen of Saint Tropez, Charles Albert Vasserot. It was built in 1861 - featuring three basins, one for coloured clothes, one for whites and one for rinsing. It is now a listed historic monument and used as a cultural space.
