Campsis radicans, commonly called trumpet vine or trumpet creeper, is a dense, vigorous, multi-stemmed, deciduous, woody, clinging vine that attaches itself to structures and climbs by aerial rootlets. Clusters of red trumpet-shaped flowers appear throughout the summer (June to September). Flowers are followed by long, bean-like seed pods which split open when ripe, releasing numerous 2-winged seeds for dispersal by the wind.

Pink cattleya orchid growing from a tree in its natural habitat.\n\nOrchids are very hard to find in nature, as the plants are often removed in order to be planted in gardens and pots. \n\nThe south of Minas Gerais state has steep growing tourism. The region, known by its stunning scenery, is visited for its nature and culture. \n\nThe region is very rich in minerals and rocks and the landscape is full of mountains, waterfalls, and canyons.\n\nThe vegetation is known as Cerrado, a vast tropical savanna.\n\nThe great amounts of research have proved that the Cerrado is one of the richest of all tropical savanna regions in the world, and has high levels of endemism. Characterized by enormous ranges of plant and animal biodiversity, World Wide Fund for Nature named it the biologically richest savanna in the world, with about 10,000 plant species and 10 endemic bird species. There are nearly 200 species of mammal in the Cerrado, though only 14 are endemic.\n\nThus the region is also much visited by ecotourists.
