This section of the original Route 66 roadbed in East Flagstaff, Arizona, has been converted into an urban trail and is part of the Flagstaff Urban Trails System (FUTS). In this 11 September 2020 photo shot at sunset, the mixed progress of the decade-long earthquake rebuild efforts in Christchurch Central are apparent. In the foreground is the Bus Interchange which opened in 2015 on the northeast corner of Colombo St and Tuam St. Buses from the Purple Line, Yellow Line, and Orange Line are seen at the city's main station. In the background, the southeast corner of the intersection is now a car park. Low-rise buildings damaged by the quakes used to occupy that site. Empty spaces are a common sight across Christchurch where buildings once stood. The Canterbury Earthquakes struck on 4 September 2010 and 22 February 2011.
