Dublin, Ireland - February 2, 2019: the front elevation / facade of the General Post Office on O'Connell Street in Dublin's city centre.  The building was designed by Francis Johnson in the neoclassical Greek Revival style and completed in 1818.  It is the headquarters of An Post, the government owned national postal service.  During the 1916 Easter Rising, a pivotal moment in the struggle for Irish independence from Great Britain, the building became the headquarters for the rebellion.  It was destroyed by the British forces and rebuilt in 1929 by the Irish Free State.

Looking at Friedrich Schiller garden house, wich is one of only two surviving homes of Friedrich Schiller in Jena, where he lived with his family from 1797 to 1799. Some of his most important works, such as parts of Wallenstein and Maria Stuart, as well as numerous ballads, were created here. Today the house is owned by the Friedrich Schiller University, which maintains a museum and a discourse space with numerous types of events.
