Pellworm, Germany - October 08, 2022: The Pellworm lighthouse behind thatched roof captain's houses under a blue sky. The lighthouse was completed in May 1907 after a year of construction. The height of the tower is 41.5 meters. It stands on a pile foundation consisting of 127 oak piles. The piles were driven into the ground to a depth of 14 meters to distribute the massive weight of 130 tons of cast steel.

Duxbury is a historic seaside town in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States
Sheep and a donkey graze behind  the old Russell's Mills Library.  Established in 1871 as a schoolhouse in the Russell's Mills section of Dartmouth, Massachusetts it further incorporated the Town library in 1895 primarily for the use of the students in the school.  It is currently closed, but maintained by the Dartmouth Historical Commission.
