Duranta repens is a fast-growing, evergreen, multi-stemmed shrub with pendulous branches and deep blue flowers that are held at the ends of weeping branches. It is popular as screen or background planting. The full clusters of flagrant, blue flowers attract butterflies in summer and are followed by bunches of golden-orange berries. It is commonly called Golden dew drops, Pigeon berry or Sky flower.
