80 kilometers from Kayseri, it is home to interesting rock formations used as dovecotes, caves, shelters, churches and monasteries. The people of Soğanlı, who welcome their guests with a smiling face, have another feature: they are the creators of the handmade Soğanlı dolls, each more beautiful than the other, with their colorful clothes and beads.
