King lotus leaves are light green and have a smooth top surface. The underside is initially bright red but gradually darkens with large, sharp veins. Leaf size may shrink depending on the season. In particular, the lotus leaves in the dry season are only 1 meter in diameter. During the rainy season, absorbing water vapor helps the leaves expand, sometimes up to 5m. This lotus variety is also larger than many other types. The flowers are white in the morning and turn pale pink in the afternoon. They bloom quickly with bright colors. It only takes about 3-5 days for the flowers to bloom.
