Hamelia patens is s soft-stemmed, evergreen shrub in the family Rubiaceae, boasting a profusion of brilliant orange-red, tubular, slender flowers at the tips of branches throughout the year in its warm winter areas, in summer and autumn elsewhere. Its common names include firebush, hummingbird bush, scarlet bush, and redhead.
I painted acrylic colors on white paper and I folded the paper together similar to the rorschach inkblot method that create the texture of mixed acrylic colors.
